More Features & Improvements

We’ve made a number of smaller improvements to make Rubra easier and more enjoyable to use.

In-App Browser
On mobile, bookmarked webpages now open directly within Rubra. No more switching back and forth between Rubra and your browser.

Booklet View
Item details on desktop now open in a new booklet-style layout. The item content is shown on the left, while comments are displayed alongside it on the right.

Post Text
You can now add a post text to every item. Use it as a personal note to remember why you saved something, or to give others more context about why you added it.

Sticky Search & Filter Bar
The search and filter bar now stays visible while you scroll through your items, making it easier to search, filter, and navigate your collection.

Sticky Text Options in Notes
Writing longer notes just got easier. The text formatting options now remain visible while you scroll, so you can style your text without having to scroll back to the top.

Easily Create Sub-Collections
When creating a new collection, you can now select a parent collection right away. Your new collection will automatically be created as a sub-collection.

More Space on Desktop
We’ve removed the footer from the desktop experience to give your content more room. You can still access all legal information anytime from your account settings.

Collection Overview
The collection overview now shows how many collections you have saved, giving you a quick overview of your content.

Bug Fixes
As always, we’ve fixed a number of smaller bugs and made various improvements to make Rubra faster, smoother, and more reliable.
