Adding / removing notes and comments

You can save notes for entries that are not assigned to a collection. You can save comments for entries that are saved in a collection. Notes are only visible to you, while comments can be read by anyone who has access to a collection.

Adding notes

Notes can be added to entries not assigned to a collection. Click on the notes icon below the entry.

Write a note and then click the “send” icon.

Remove a note

To remove a note, click the three dots next to your note and click “Remove” from the dropdown menu.

Please note When copying or moving an entry to a collection, your notes will not be copied or moved with it. This is for data protection reasons, as you could unintentionally make notes available to other people who have access to the collection.

Adding a comment

Comments can be added to items saved in a collection. Everyone who has access to a collection can add comments and can read the comments from other user. Click on the comments icon below the entry.

Write a comment and click the “send” icon.

Remove a comment

You can easily remove a comment by clicking the three dots next to your comment and click “Remove” from the dropdown menu.
