Withdrawal Policy

rubra is a service operated by the Swiss company rubra ag. Consumers may withdraw from contracts for paid features and services of rubra in accordance with Section 3.12 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). This Withdrawal Policy sets out the details. In this Withdrawal Policy, «we» and «us» refer to rubra ag.
Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for subscriptions concluded via app store operators are governed by the terms of the respective app store operator (Section 3.7 of the GTC). Please send any withdrawal from such subscriptions to the respective app store operator. Contracts for Creator Offerings are concluded exclusively between the respective Creators and the members of their community (Section 3.13 of the GTC). This Withdrawal Policy does not apply to Creator Offerings.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (rubra ag, c/o DialogFührung GmbH, Gotthardstrasse 52, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland, e-mail info@rubra.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by postal mail or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at (coming soon) and in your user account under (coming soon). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (in particular, by e-mail) without undue delay, including information on the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your statement of withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until we receive your statement of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
After the withdrawal, the paid features and services concerned are no longer available to you. You may no longer use them or make them available to third parties. Any free use of rubra remains unaffected.
